Although Courtney is relatively new to the sector, she has been a breath of fresh air. After completing Embark Learning Care Academy Care Portfolio programme, her client feedback has been fantastic. Most recent being that she is lovely, all staff and residents love her and she is constantly willing to learn.
From our perspective, Courtney is a fantastic addition to our team and she is constantly willing to help out. It is no surprise that Courtney is being recognised by her peers and residents in the services she works in.
