Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in matching the right candidates with the right opportunities while also expanding our client base. Your role will involve:
Candidate Management
- Identifying and attracting talent in the health & social care sector
- Managing the candidate journey, from initial contact to successful placement both temporary and permanent
- Understanding candidate skills and matching them with suitable roles
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding experience
- Upskilling your workforce
Client Development & Business Growth
- Proactively targeting and engaging new and lapsed clients
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
- Presenting Fairway Healthcare’s unique selling points to potential clients
- Negotiating contracts and ensuring exceptional service delivery
- A confident communicator – strong telephone and face-to-face skills
- A self-motivated individual – driven to meet and exceed targets
- An outgoing, positive personality – someone who thrives in a team environment

Senior Care / Support Assistant – Fairway Healthcare
- Location: Birmingham & Surrounding Areas
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: Up to £13 per hour (based on experience & shift type)
- Lead and support care teams on shift
- Deliver and oversee personal care and medication support
- Contribute to care plans, risk assessments, and handovers
- Promote service user dignity, choice, and independence
- Communicate with families, GPs, and external professionals
- Ensure high standards in line with CQC and client expectations
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in care
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Health & Social Care (Level 3 preferred)
- Strong leadership, delegation and time management skills
- Confident in handling medication and supporting team performance
- Car driver essential (you’ll work across multiple sites)

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) – Fairway Healthcare
- Location: Various care and support settings
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Pay: £24.00–£25.00 per hour
We’re looking for experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team and deliver high-quality care across a variety of Nursing and Support settings. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting service users’ physical and emotional wellbeing, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.
- Deliver safe, person-centred care in line with clinical best practice
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual care plans
- Administer medication and manage clinical documentation
- Supervise support staff and maintain quality standards
- Liaise with GPs, families, and external professionals
- Uphold service user dignity, choice, and rights at all times
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and reports
- Adhere to all Fairway and client policies and procedures
- Valid NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Experience in Nursing homes and or support settings
- Good clinical knowledge and manual handling competency
- Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
- Respectful, professional, and compassionate approach
- Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
- Weekly pay (via app-based timesheet system)
- Flexible shifts: days, nights, weekends
- Free mandatory and annual refresher training
- Supportive coordination and regular supervision
- Smart uniform and ID provided

- All Mandatory Training including Moving & Handling Training is free and must be refreshed annually. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
