This ensures that we maintain our position as one of the most resourced care providers in the region with a string of highly developed trained professionals joining the team regularly throughout 2025-2026 and beyond to meet the demands of our clients. This ensures even higher fill rates, even quicker response and even higher levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Developing our own (and yours!) since 2014...

We have been developing our own since 2014. Fairway has long been working to create a truly unique social care recruitment model that sets us apart from the rest—seeking out individuals with key life skills, personality, and the character required to become care professionals. We help build confidence, knowledge, and passion, encouraging a more ambitious, career-oriented attitude while providing the learning facilities, skills labs, and support network that enable us to achieve outstanding results. Our workforce is 98% formally qualified—compared to the industry standard of just 50%. This year alone, we have over 1,500 care professionals coming through the partnership. Currently, more than 150 staff are enrolled on Level 2 or 3 diplomas, showcasing fantastic progression routes for all who want them. We also have condition-specific champions in Dementia, Mental Health, Autism, and End of Life—dedicated specialists with a true passion for their roles in any care establishment.
