We help build confidence, knowledge, and passion, encouraging a more ambitious, career-oriented attitude while providing the learning facilities, skills labs, and support network that enable us to achieve outstanding results. Our workforce is 98% formally qualified—compared to the industry standard of just 50%. This year alone, we have over 1,500 care professionals coming through the partnership. Currently, more than 150 staff are enrolled on Level 2 or 3 diplomas, showcasing fantastic progression routes for all who want them. We also have condition-specific champions in Dementia, Mental Health, Autism, and End of Life—dedicated specialists with a true passion for their roles in any care establishment.
